Mark Keki was hired as an assistant coach for NJIT men's tennis in July 2024.
Keki comes to the Highlanders after finishing up a decorated four-year playing career at Sacramento State. He earned First Team All-Big Sky in both singles and doubles play in all four years with the Hornets. Keki was unanimously chosen to the All-Big Sky first team as a junior and senior, and was also unanimously selected as the Big Sky MVP as a senior in 2024. Keki helped guide Sacramento State to its first conference title in 11 years during the 2024 campaign, posting a 17-3 dual singles record out of the No. 1 slot in the lineup, which also included a 13-match winning streak. For his career, Keki finished with a singles record of 52-15, including an impressive 45-12 mark in the No. 1 spot. He added a 53-11 mark in doubles action for a combined career mark of 105-26 while at Sacramento State.
