Prior to NJIT: Gregg, the 2021 Monroe County Player of the Year, attended Rush Henrietta High School.  The 6-foot-5 outside hitter is a three-time All-Monroe County and two-time All-Greater Rochester first-team selection. Gregg played club for Hot Shots Juniors, guiding the team to two gold medals in the Can-Am Championship (2019, 2020), gold medal at the St. Louis and East Coast Championships (2019), silver medal at the Boy's Junior National Championships (2019) while earning 2019 USA Volleyball Boys Select A1 team.
