NEWARK, NJ--NJIT Athletics has announced an update to the SuperFanU app, a leading fan loyalty and engagement company.  SuperFanU launched Highlander Rewards, a mobile app that will allow all Highlander fans to earn exclusive awards and experiences based on attendance to events virtually.

The app provides fans to check-in to games for points from home and participate in a virtual t-shirt toss during home basketball games.

Other information for fans includes: athletic team schedules and rosters, athletic news, and an opportunity to share photos through a 'fan cam.'
