NEWARK, N.J. --- NJIT broadcaster Mike Ventola caught up with Women's Soccer student-athlete Nicole Loehle for an interview that covered Nicole's remote summer internship, her time contributing to NJIT's mask creation efforts, and how she and her Highlander teammates are staying prepared for their eventual season.

Loehle played in all 18 games in 2019 was named to the ASUN All-Tournament team after helping NJIT earn its first-ever victory in the ASUN conference tournament (2-1 over Liberty on Nov. 1). She was part of a Highlander backline that allowed the second-fewest goals (18) and third-lowest goals against average (0.96) in the ASUN last season.
