NEWARK, NJ—With the significant snow accumulations Winter Storm Jonas has dumped in the Newark area, NJIT's game against defending Atlantic Sun Conference champion North Florida has now been pushed back to 6 p.m. on Sunday
at Fleisher Athletic Center.
This is the second time change for this game, which was originally scheduled for Saturday at 4 p.m. before initially being postponed to Sunday at 2 p.m.
UNF (16-6 overall and 5-0 in the A-Sun) was picked first in the Atlantic Sun coaches' preseason poll. The Ospreys have won their last six games.
NJIT, which is in its first season as a member of the Atlantic Sun, has won its last two games and stands at 2-2 in the conference and 11-9 overall. The Highlanders were picked third in the A-Sun preseason poll.
