ENGLEWOOD, NJ—The NJIT Ice Hockey team and their counterparts from Seton Hall will play a benefit game on Sunday, January 31 at 7:30 pm at the Englewood Field Club rink, with proceeds going to raise money for victims of the Haitian earthquake.
The game between NJIT and neighboring Seton Hall is the inaugural matchup in the series to be known as the North Jersey Ice Thriller and is an ACHA D-II contest.
The rink at Englewood Field Club is outdoors, but it has indoor viewing areas and a snack bar. There will be prize giveaways and raffles held at the game.
Tickets for the game are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Students with valid ID will receive a $5 discount.
